Dr. Isa E. Omagu

Dr. Isa E. Omagu is the Chief Strategy and Development Officer and the Divisional Head of the Strategy and Research Division of the Bank of Industry Limited (BOI). With a distinctive career spanning over three and a half decades, Dr. Omagu is recognized as an astute visionary and outstanding leader. He served as the General Manager & Divisional Head, Large Enterprises of the BOI from October 4, 2022 to October 29, 2024. In 2019, he was appointed the Chief Operating Officer, Glo Mobile, Ghana. Dr. Omagu served as a Non-executive Director of Guaranty Trust Bank Ltd. (Sierra Leone) from 2016 to 2019. His tenure at the Guaranty Trust Bank Plc. included roles as the General Manger & Divisional Head, Commercial Banking (Lagos Mainland) and Deputy General Manager & Head, Telecoms Group from 2013-2019 and 2006-2013 respectively. Additionally, he held the position of Senior Manager & Head, Energy Group & Group Businesses of Equitorial Trust Bank Ltd. from 2005-2006. He also served as the Founder and Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of Pyramids Advisory Ltd., Progress Payments Ltd. and Tailwinds Integrated Services Ltd. from 2021-2022.
